Olivia Bell joined the Bradley Company team as a Transaction Coordinator in May of 2021. In this role, Olivia provides transaction support to the Indianapolis Brokerage team which includes deal tracking and coordination, creating marketing collateral and coordinating projects with the Marketing & Research departments, posting information on internal and third-party platforms, and facilitating and monitoring the closing process of both lease and sale transactions.
Olivia brings with her a wide array of administrative and support experience. Prior to joining Bradley Company, Olivia served as an Administrative Coordinator and Human Resources Representative where she provided administrative and technical support to senior leadership. She also served as a Staffing Coordinator and Operations Assistant for the same company. In this position, Olivia worked with patients and their families to discuss staffing difficulties, provided customer service and support, and coordinated the onboarding process.
Olivia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana Institute of Technology.
