Lori Greene joined Bradley Company in 2021 and serves as the HR Director. In this role, Lori guides and manages our Human Resources services, policies, and programs. She is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resources functions.
Lori brings over fifteen years of leadership experience in the Human Resources field. She began her leadership track as the Human Resources Manager for Sears, where she oversaw employee relations, performance, company policies, and managerial procedures. She then served as the Director of Organizational Development and Training at CNO in Carmel, IN supporting their companies: Washington National Insurance, Bankers Life & Casualty, and Colonial Penn. While at CNO she later moved into the HR Director where she directed a team of four managers supporting these various companies.
Most recently, she served as the Director of Human Resources for Herff Jones in Indianapolis where she spearheaded a variety of initiatives aimed to help the company navigate the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Lori received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Illinois-Springfield. She is SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified, and serves as a Board Member and Chair of the HR Committee for Starfish Initiative.
