Brian heads up the Incentives & Location Advisors Group. In this role, he assists clients with economic development services, including site and building selection, business expansion, relocation and consolidation projects. Brian focuses on procuring state and local incentives growing businesses. Brian builds referral relationships with professional services firms including banks, accounting firms, law firms, consulting firms and M & A companies. Brian is always looking for new federal, state and local programs that will bring value to his clients.

Brian’s work includes site selection, expansion, consolidation, relocation and negotiation of incentive agreements for Fortune 500 to start-up businesses. Brian has successfully represented over $700 million in incentives, capital investment and nuancing projects. He received his Masters in Business Administrations from Anderson University and his bachelor of Science from Ball State University.
