Annette Whicker serves as a Senior Property Manager, Affordable Division. In her role, Annette is responsible for maintaining the physical asset and maximizing financial returns in accordance with the owner’s objectives. Annette oversees six properties that Bradley Company manages for Oaklawn in South Bend, and often assists with others when needed.
Annette joined Bradley Company in 2008. Her prior experience in the mental health field has proven very valuable in managing properties housing disabled residents. She worked at the Madison Center for Children on the acute unit as a scheduler, billing and ordering, and as a Program Assistant.
